1. General

2. Reservations and Guarantee

  • All bookings are accepted based on room availability and confirmation.

  • A valid credit card may be required to guarantee your reservation.

  • The Hotel reserves the right to cancel any unconfirmed or invalid reservations without prior notice.

3. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in time: from 2:00 PM

  • Check-out time: before 12:00 PM

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

4. Payment and Taxes

  • The Hotel accepts credit cards and cash payments.

  • All rates are quoted in local currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Additional charges such as mini-bar, laundry, meals, and other services must be settled upon check-out.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are required to:

  • Present a valid identification document or passport upon check-in.

  • Respect hotel property and other guests.

  • Be responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents.

  • Avoid bringing hazardous, flammable, or illegal items into the premises.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Hotel shall not be liable for:

  • Loss or damage of valuables not deposited in the hotel safe.

  • Injury, accident, or loss resulting from events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, transport delays).
    Guests are advised to use the in-room or reception safe for valuables.

7. Conduct and Safety

The Hotel reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive to others.
Any damages or losses resulting from such behavior will be charged to the guest.

Booking cancellation

Early Check-In Charges:

  • Before 07:00 AM: 100% of the full room charge

  • Between 07:00 AM – 10:00 AM: 50% of the room charge (includes breakfast)

  • Between 10:00 AM – 01:00 PM: 30% of the regular room charge

Late Check-Out Charges:

  • Between 12:00 PM – 03:00 PM: 30% of the room charge

  • Between 03:00 PM – 06:00 PM: 50% of the room charge

  • After 06:00 PM: 100% of the full room charge

Сancellation policy

  • Within 24 hours: If the booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before check-in, the full amount (100%) of the reservation will be charged as a cancellation fee.

  • Within 48 hours: If the booking is cancelled between 24 and 48 hours before check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.

  • Within 72 hours: Cancellations made at least 72 hours before check-in are free of charge. No fees will apply.
